After the auction timer has ended, you will receive an email notification on winning the bid. You will then be required to complete payment within 5 days:

1. Go to My Account
2. Click on Auctions Won
3. Click on pay now and you will be lead to the checkout page.
4. If you have more than one item won during the auction return to the previous page and repeat the process. 
5. Select payment mode.
   We accept PayNow/Visa/Mastercard/ Grabpay/ Shopee Pay. (*Visa/Masterscard require a minimum spending of $20)

*Please note that if you are an international buyer you will have to bare the shipping cost to your country. You might incur import tax at your local customs. 

Very much so. All our higher value auctions include a scan using a standalone high resolution scanner to ensure faithful representation of the product you will be getting.

The buyers premium is a fee added to the auction price to determine the final contact price. (Buyers Premium is currently absorbed by 2359hrs.com)

3. You will see all the auctions you have won 
4. Click on Paynow to add it into the cart. You can then return to the previous page and add other items. 
5. After adding all the auctions you have won, you will be able to checkout all together.

During checkout, while selecting shipping option:

1. Select “combine with future auctions”
2. When you are ready for us to send all your orders, include a “order note” (on the bottom left) during checkout letting us know you would like us to send all your auction wins in one single package. 
3.  We will not dispatch your auctions wins until you have notified us to do so.

Shipping rates will automatically be calculated when you input your delivery address/country. If your country did not show please email us and we will get it sorted.

NO. All users are only allowed to have ONE (1) account, registering for multiple account will lead to all associated accounts being banned. 

A reserve price is the lowest price at which the seller is willing to part with the auctioned item for. The reserve price is not disclosed to bidders, but auctions will state if it has a reserve price and if it has already been met. 

If the reserve price is not met, the item is not sold. Click here for more details on the terms used.

Buyers are required pay for the items won on 2359hrs.com within 5 day(s) after the auction has ended. If payment is not completed within this timeframe, we will cancel the auction items and an unpaid cancellation record will be added to the buyer’s account.

Multiple unpaid cancellations might lead to your account be temporary or permanently suspended.
