Transition to Singpost Basic Package

At Twenty359, we are committed to finding the most efficient and cost-effective solutions to ensure the safe and prompt delivery of your orders. Regrettably, due to the escalating ambiguity and unreliability of Singpost shipping criteria, resulting in return mails and shipment delays, we find it necessary to make a transition to Singpost Basic Package as our lowest tier shipping method within Singapore. This decision is driven by its current standing as the most economical option available.

As a result, we are immediately phasing out our normal mail shipping option. Any existing orders will now be processed through the bubble mailer option with no additional charge, and we will maintain the pricing for the bubble mailer at SGD2.50. This cost includes the bubble mailer itself, toploaders, and any additional packing materials required.

Additionally, we want to highlight our FREE storage option, providing a convenient way for you to save on shipping costs. This service allows us to securely store your purchases in our pet and smoke-free environment. You can choose to combine stored items with future orders to maximize savings on shipping or opt to list them for auction at a later time through our consignment service—giving you flexibility and control over your shipping preferences.
